Meet Our Team

Ruth went to school to become a dental assistant and proudly joined our office in 2008. She now works as our wonderful office manager where she consistently strives to give 150% each day to ensure our patients receive the best care possible.

Ruth is married with three amazing children and two beautiful grandchildren. She loves to read and is a big Dodgers fan.

Diana graduated with a degree in dental hygiene from San Joaquin Valley College in 2003. She joined us in 2022 and loves being able to educate patients about their oral health and help them become healthier. She values being part of a team who puts the patients’ health and wellbeing above all else.

Diana is married with three children and one grandchild. Outside the office, she loves attending concerts, spending time with loved ones and rooting for the LA Chargers during the football season.

In 2001, Tiffany completed her dental assisting program at Hacienda La Puente Adult School. She became a valued member of our team in 2004, dedicating herself to patient education in proper oral hygiene while striving to ensure a relaxing and comfortable experience for everyone during their appointments. Tiffany has had the pleasure of working side by side with Dr. De La Vara for 20 years, encountering thousands of individuals from Hacienda Heights and beyond. She cherishes the relationships she’s built with our patients and extends a heartfelt thank you for entrusting Canyon Dental with all your dental needs.
